Privacy & Responsible Data Use
SRGI ONE collects only information needed for admissions, institutional operations, authorized staff attendance, transport, communication and compliance workflows.
Public enquiries
Admission/contact information is used for follow-up and routing to the relevant institution. It is not published publicly.
Staff location
Attendance location is captured from the staff member’s own authorized device only when an attendance action is performed. Transport location is collected during an authorized active route. Continuous covert personal tracking is not a default feature.
Visitor search intelligence
Public searches and Assistant questions may be logged with a random first-party visitor ID so SRGI can see what information people cannot find and improve verified content. SRGI ONE does not use this feature for hidden device fingerprinting.
Documents & AI
Local OCR and Local AI are preferred for private documents. Cloud services are optional and require explicit configuration.
